The current status of knowledge regarding Tien Shan structure and evolution is a result of work which has been carried out for many years by FSU researchers. In recent years foreign scientists from US, Germany, Belgium, China etc. Have been involved in this study side by side with research organizations in Russia and Central Asia. Presently the following institutions and organizations are participating in the study:
