Book of Materials of the VII International Symposium

Dear participants of the VII International Symposium, which took place in Bishkek city, Kyrgyz Republic, from 19 to 24 June, 2017.

The Organizing Committee of Symposium invites the participants to submit full versions of their Reports for publication in the Book of Materials of Symposium.

The deadline for materials submission is the May 1, 2018.


Requirements to papers SUBMITION

Participants may submit to the Organizing Committee for publication materials of papers up to 7 pages including illustrations and tables). All materials should be submitted in Russian or English no later than May 1, 2018.

Requirements to abstracts and papers

Paragraph 1 – Universal Decimal Classification (UDC) in the upper left corner

Paragraph 2 – Title of the abstract in capital letters, bold, align centre  

Paragraph 3 - Author (s) surname (s)’ initials of authors

Paragraph 4 – Contact phone number, e-mail.

Paragraph 5 - Short name of the institution, city, country.

Paragraph 6 - Text of the abstract (one paragraph).

Paragraph 7 – Key words (up to 10 words)

Paragraph 8 – Text of Paper

Paragraph 9 - Numbered reference list (references in

the text should be in the form [1,2-] in order of citation).

 

  • When forming the Reference list it should be specified the full edition information on cited publication/book/monography: all authors; title of article or magazine/book, where it was published; edition; year of edition; numbers of pages for article and number of pages for books.

  • Paragraph 10 – in the end of the article the following information should be indicated: Surname, Name, science degree (if it is), full name of organization, position, contact details (tel. number, e-mail), city, country.

  • The volume of article should not exceed 7 pages of computer text.

Format:

  • Text edit – Microsoft Word

  • Page format – А4

  • All margins: – 2 сm

  • Font – Times New Roman

  • Type size – 12

  • Lines with single spacing – 1,0

  • Tabulation – 1,25 cm

  • Graphic materials (photos, drawings, charts) should be presented in a graphic format in black and white, numbered in a row with the necessary text explanations in a form of captions. The drawings should not go beyond the boundaries of print area. Each figure, diagram, graph should be represented as a single unit, and is able to zoom and change position without disrupting the integrity of image.

  • All formulas in the text should be numbered in a row. The formula number is put on the right. It is desirable to number only those formulas to which there are references in the text. For formulas the  MathType formula editor, font Times New Roman or Symbol, size 12; Latin letters are shown in italics, Greek and Russian – straight should be used. All variables must be typed in italics, both in formulas and within the text.

  • Tables should be aligned to the center of page with one empty row before and after the table. The fields of the table should not go beyond the boundaries of print area. The name of the table is located in front of the table on the left, without the point at the end.
